Fees & Rebates
The fee for a counselling session with Luke is $230, if you supply a valid Mental Health Care Plan (a referral from your GP) you may be eligible for a rebate of $96.65 via Medicare. Medicare rebates apply to up to 10 sessions per 12 months. Where a rebate is involved, your out-of-pocket expense will be $133.35.
Please note: We are not a bulk billing clinic.
Qualifications and Registration
Luke Carolan is a registered general psychologist (AHPRA) and is fully insured. Luke has been registered with AHPRA since 2020 and achieved full registration as a psychologist in 2022 after completing the 4+2 internship program and board exam. The 4+2 program involves 2 years of psychological practice in an approved role, supervision of practice by a board approved supervisor, and numerous professional development activities.
Since 2017, Luke has supported clients across the youth mental health sector, AOD rehabilitation programs, disability support and COVID mental health programs.
